维奥欣对高血压并颈动脉粥样硬化病人脑血流动力学参数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的研究高血压并颈动脉粥样硬化病人在使用维奥欣治疗后血液动力学参数的变化.②方法选取高血压并颈动脉粥样硬化病人50例作为治疗组,同时选取老年健康查体者30例作为对照组.治疗组服用维奥欣160 mg,每天3次,疗程为6周;对照组未采用任何药物治疗.治疗组治疗前后及对照组采用经颅彩色多普勒(TCD)检测颅内各血管的血流变化.③结果治疗组治疗后血管的平均血流速度较治疗前加快,有显著性差异(t=1.85~8.16,P<0.05),搏动指数较治疗前显著降低(t=1.67~7.09,P<0.05).④结论维奥欣可改善脑供血,是治疗和预防脑供血不足的有效药物. Objective To study the effect of Wei-aoxin on patients with hypertension and carotid artery atherosclerosis (CAA). Methods Fifty patients with hypertension and CAA were treated with Wei-aoxin 160rag t. i. d. for six weeks. Changes of hemodynamics in patients with cerebral ischemia were examined before and after the treatment. The results were compared with those of 30 normal controls. Results Average blood flow velocity increased significantly (t=1.85-8.16, P〈0.05) after the treatment with Wei-aoxin in patients with brain ischemia. Pulse index reduced significantly (t=1.67-7.09, P〈0.05). Conclusion Wei-aoxln is effective in increasing blood flow of cerebral arteries and can effectively treat and prevent insufficient cerebral blood supply.
