经导管房间隔缺损封堵术的治疗效果 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的评价经导管封堵术治疗继发孔型房间隔缺损的安全性和效果.②方法采用经胸超声监测,应用Amplatzer封堵器治疗48例继发孔型房间隔缺损病人.③结果46例病人成功实施封堵术,成功率为95.8%,其中1例出现短暂高度房室传导阻滞;2例失败.46例病人随访3~12个月,效果良好.④结论经导管封堵术治疗房间隔缺损是一种非常有效和安全的方法. Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transcatheter closure of secondary atrial septal defects (ASD). Methods Forty-eight patients with secondary ASD were treated with transcatheter closure with the Amplatzer septal occluder under the monitor of transthoracic echocardiography. Results Forty-six patients were successfully implanted with Amplatzer septal occluder (the occlusion rate being 95.8%), one patient had short period of high degree atrial-ventricular block after the occlusion, two patients failed. A follow-up of 3-12 months showed that the results were satisfactory in all 46 patients. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of ASD is a very effective and safe method.
