摘要 人工饲膜被广泛应用于昆虫营养生理、共生菌、毒理与杀虫性物质生物测定以及昆虫与植物相互关系等方面的研究。人工饲膜作为一个成分固定和可重复的昆虫取食对象,通过EPG技术记录分析棉蚜在人工饲膜上的取食波形,辨识比较这些波形和棉蚜在植物上取食波形的异同,可以为研究单一化学因子对昆虫的取食行为影响提供基础。本研究使用人工配制的溶液模拟植物细胞环境,分析在加入丹宁酸后棉蚜取食行为的变化。结果表明,丹宁酸对棉蚜在人工饲膜上的取食活动有明显的抑制,使棉蚜的平均穿刺持续时间和总的取食时间都极显著地缩短,不穿刺的时间和次数极显著地增加,可能的试食行为也显著减少。 Artificial diet is often used in the study of pest nutrition, symbiotic bacteria and insecticidal toxins as well as the relationship between plants and pests. With the changeless component that can be repeated, artificial diet offers us a good background to investigate the influence of single chemical factor on pests. At first we should analyze the EPG waveforms on artificial diet by aphids to discern if these waveforms are the same with the waveforms on plants. If special waveforms could be identified, it would be very helpful to investigate the aphid behaviors on artificial diet and the influence on aphid feeding behaviors by chemical factors. As one kind of complex acid, tannic acid was usually found in Ailanthus altissima, Pterocarya stenptera and Azadirachta indica. The influence of tannic acid on aphids had two effects, in quality and quantity. ()n one way, aphids on tannic acid recognized allelochemicals with receptors. On the other way, aphids lost sensitivities for allelochemicals and toxicity accumulated in aphids. The experiments showed that tannic acid had significant inhibitions to Aphis gossypii on artificial diet. The average probing duration and the total probing time by aphids on artificial diet significantly reduced, but the duration and the number of np (non-penetration)increased. Regarded as the symbol of trying to feed on plants, the occurrence of the pd (potential drop) waveforms on tannic acid by aphids also significantly reduced.
