摘要
为了延长东方罂粟切花的保鲜时间,采用4种不同的保鲜液处理,并对不同处理切花的瓶插寿命、观赏值、水分平衡值降为0的时间、鲜重变化率降为1的时间、花瓣可溶性蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量等6个指标进行分析,结果表明:不同保鲜液东方罂粟切花的6个指标中除花瓣可溶性蛋白质的含量差异显著外,其余指标的差异分别达到极显著水平;将6个指标之间进行相关性分析,切花瓶插寿命与切花鲜重变化率降为1的时间高度正相关(rAD=0.9980),其次为水分平衡值降为0的时间与花瓣的可溶性蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量呈高度正相关。通过综合评价,保鲜液Ⅳ(3%蔗糖+250 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+25 mg/L硫代硫酸银+50 mg/L柠檬酸)的保鲜效果最理想。
To prolong Papaver orienfalis's holding time, four kinds of holding solutions were used to study the vase life,ornamental value, the time of the hydrologic balance value declining to zero, the time of the fresh weight changing rate decreasing to one, petal's soluble protein and soluble sugar. The result showed: besides the content of petal's soluble protein had the marked difference, the others revealed highly significant difference in different holding solution. According to the analyzing result the vase life and the time of the fresh weight changing rate to one showed significant positive correlation (rAD = 0. 9980), so were the relation of time of the hydrologic balance value to zero and the content of soluble protein and the relation of time of the hydrologic balance value to zero and content of soluble sugar. According to the synthesizing analyse, the keeping fresh effect of holding solution Ⅳ (3% cane sugar +250 mg/L 8-HQ+25 mg/L STS+50 mg/L CA ) was the best.
