农民利用网络信息的障碍和突破对策

The Obstacle to Farmers for Use of the Network Information and its Countermeasure for Breakthrough

农民是农业信息量最大、最基层的用户群,但是在农业信息服务向数字化、网络化发展的今天,多数农民还游离于网络信息之外,这对农业信息化发展极为不利。本文通过阐述发达国家农业信息技术发展现状,分析我国农民利用网络信息的障碍因素,探索突破这些障碍的对策措施,对推进农业信息化发展有着重要意义。

The farmers should be the most customers in using agriculture information. But at present, although the agriculture information service is developing to digital network, the most of farmers is still dissociated away from the network information. Such a state is extremely disadvantageous for the exploitation of information enterprise. This paper outlined the situation of information technology in developed countries; analyzed the coursing factors to the farmers for use of the network information; and explored the countermeasures for removing the obstacles. These could be important for advancing the development of agriculture information.
