一般高等院校办学目标定位思考

摘要 每所高等学校的建设与发展,都离不开先进、准确、合理的学校定位。一个学校的定位准确与否,关乎学校办学的成与败、得与失、进与退。学校定位对学校办学行为起着规范、约束和自我评估的作用,有利于提高办学过程中的自我监控能力和反思能力,及时纠正办学实践中的失误。能否为自己学校的发展找准定位,已成为衡量一所学校高层次决策者水平高低的主要判别依据。 Each school's construction and development can not go without advanced, nicety and reasonable orientation. Whether the orientation correct or not, it could be dominant success and failure, gain and loss, advance and retreat of running a school. The orientation has the function of regulated, restricted and self--evaluated the action of running a school, which is good to improve the ability of self--supervise and selfreflection of a school and re--correct the loss in the practice. Whether can find an exact orientation for the school, it has been becoming the mainly judgment for the senior decision--maker's ability of a school.
