摘要
语言是文化的一部分,又是文化的载体,理解语言必需了解文化。因此,外语教学不应单纯地讲授语言知识,还要重视文化差异,改变英语教学的现状,培养学生的跨文化意识。
Language is a component and a carrier of culture. Therefore, foreign language teaching doesn＇t simply mean the teaching of the language itself. We should pay attention the cultural differences,change the present situation in ELT, and cultivate cross--cultural awareness.
