公安执法活动涉及社会的方方面面,包容量大,情况复杂,要求高。但由于多方面因素的影响,当前的公安执法环境还有待改善。不良的执法环境在一定程度上制约了公安执法活动,影响着公安法治的进程。改善不良执法环境的措施包括加强公安队伍自身建设,加强民警合法权益的保护,注意新闻舆论导向,加强宣传教育等。

Public security law enforcing activity comes to every point of the society, which has large content and is very complicated and requires highly. But due to the influence from many aspects, the present public security law enforcement is still needed to be improved. To certain extent, the poor law enforcing environment has limited the job and infected the process of ruling according to the law. The means of improving poor law enforcing include strengthening public security teams self establishing and the protection for the policemen＇s legal right, considering the masses leading direction as well as propagandizing.
