基于步行器行走的上肢动力学研究

摘要 目前步行器已被广泛用于提高患者的行走能力和稳定性,但针对步行器有效使用的上肢动力学研究却开展得十分有限。本文提出了一种通过测量步行器行走过程中的力学和运动学数据,运用逆动力学反演来分析以关节荷重力矩表征的上肢动力学状况的新方法。其主要构件是一套新开发出的基于步行器的动态测力系统和Vicon运动分析系统,测试数据的采集对象包括七个健康青年人,使用模式为下肢半荷重(5 0 %体重)。测试结果验证了该方法的可行性和在步态研究方面的潜在应用前景。 While walkers are commonly prescribed to improve patient ambulatory ability and stability, the research on upper extrenuty kinetics for effective walker use is limited. This paper presents a new kinetic analysis method with the index of joint-loaded moment on upper extremity, which was calculated by inverse dynamics with the measured mechanical and kinematic data during walker-assisted walking. The new walker dynamometer was developed with a Vicon motion analysis system. A test was given with seven healthy young adults under the usage pattern of half body weight on lower extremity. The results showed that this feasible method might provide insight into gait research.
