摘要
荠菜是一种具有高营养价值的野生蔬菜,人工栽培驯化对满足市场需要具有重要意义。文章从荠菜的生物学特征出发,在品种选择、栽培季节、栽培方式、播种、田间管理、采收等几个方面进行了陈述,介绍了一套科学实用的荠菜人工栽培技术。
Capsella bursapastoisr L. is a wild vegetable with high nutritional value. Artificial cultivation of the wild vegetable is quite important to meet the need of market.
