Recent Advances and Expection in Studies of Precaution Against Snow Disaster in Pasture

应用灾害学研究的基本观点,继续对近十年来我国牧区雪灾防御体系建设中雪灾成因、监测、预报、预防、救援,尤其是对监测评估、暴雪和强降雪阶段预测预警、雪灾防御综合系统等技术的新进展进行综合分析与评估,并预测在我国重要战略机遇期雪灾防御技术面临的形势和发展趋势。

Using the basic standpoint of disaster subject, the article does comprehensive analyse and evaluation to the Recent Advances of snow disaster forming reason, monitoring, forecasting, preventing and rescuing in preventing snow disaster system construction, particularly to the new technology of monitoring valuation, predicting and warning heavy snow and strong snow stage, constructing synthetical system for preventing snow disaster etc. The article also predicts the situation which the technologies for preventing snow disaster will be facing at our country in the period of the important strategy opportunity, as well as predicts its developing trend.
