摘要 高效厌氧反应器(EABR)处理生物制药废水的启动和运行试验研究结果表明:EABR反应器处理效率高,启动周期短,经过50d的运行后,COD的去除率达到90.4%,BOD5的去除率维持在88.5%以上EABR的最佳运行负荷在18.0kg·m-3·d-1以下,有机负荷在20.0kg·m-3·d-1时,COD、BOD5的去除率均有较大幅度的下降。EABR对负荷的冲击承受能力不宜超过50%;出水pH维持在7.0-7.4时,COD的去除率在87.9%-91.4% The startup and running experiments on the treatment of biological pharmacy wastewater by effective anaerobic batch reactor (RABR) were performed. It showed that EABR was high effective and short period to start up. Usually, in 50 days after starting up, COD removal efficiency was 90.4%, and BOD5 88.5% or even higher. The best load of EABR was lower than 18.0 kg·m^-3·d^-1 . The removal efficiency of COD as well as BOD would be decreased fast under load of 20.0 kg·m^-3.·d^-1 , The variation of load to treat for EABR should be under 50 %. The COD removal efficiency was 87.9%-91.4% when the pH of the treated water was between 7.0 and 7.4.
