企业发展与高校人才培养相衔接的途径主要有:加大人力资源开发投入,充分挖掘企业人才资源;积极运用各种人力资源开发手段,推动企业文化建设;适应发展需要,树立开放型人才培养观念等。高素质开放型人才的培养思路是:以企业需要为导向,着力培养学生创新能力;根据企业发展需要,调整各类专业设置;改革课程体系,加强应用性课程建设;改革教学方法及教材体制;完善人才教育管理体系。
