摘要
正确地分析了南京汽车制造厂新研制的NJ1035MBC型汽车的主要噪声源,并对这些主要噪声源采取了相应的控制措施。噪声控制措施包括:研制新的排气消声器,在机舱有限的空间内设置进气消声装置;对机舱室采取有一定特色的隔声吸声处理。因而获得综合降低整车最大加速噪声3.8dB(A)的效果,使NJ1035MBC型汽车的噪声指标达到了国家标准。
Based on the analysis of main noise sources,measures are taken to de-crease the noise level of Type NJ1035MBC light truck.The measures include the design of new exhaust muffler,addition of silencer to engine air intake system and arrangement of sound shield and absorption in engine chamber。These mea-sures have their special characteristics for NJ1035MBC light truck.Finally,the truck noise level has successfully been reduced by 3.8dB(A)and is in agreement with our national truck noise specifications。
