摘要
研究采用铸造旋涡法制造SiCp/ZL108复合材料的工艺,重点探讨铝液温度、颗粒表面处理及合金元素(Mg、B、Ti)对颗粒的回收率和分布的影响;与传统的活塞材料(ZL108,ZL109)相比,该材料具有优良的机械性能和物理性能,是摩托车活塞的理想材料。此外,通过扫描电镜和电子探针对界面进行了观察和分析,结果表明:在界面区域内有一过渡层存在。最后,对改善浸润性的机理作一简述。
The authors study the techniques of the vortex casting process in with SiCp reinforced phase is combined with ZL108 molten alloy with emphasis laid on the influence of the molten temperature,the SiCp surface treatment and the alloy elements(Mg,B,Ti)on the reclamation and dispersion of SiCp.Compared with the conventional materials(ZL108,ZL109), SiCp/ZL108 composite has better physical and mechanical properties and is an ideal material for motorcycle pistons.Furthermore,with the help of electron-probe,the interface between SiCp and ma-trix is observed and analyzed.The results indicate that there exists a transition(interim)layer in the interface rigion. Finally,the mechanism for improvement of wettability of SiCp reinforcement by ZL108 matrix is briefly described.
