摘要
为提高间隙调整机的检测精度,将周期为8μm的光栅脉冲转化为周期为2μm的脉冲,并设计了与之相适应的滑柄运动方向判别电路。经实验证明,该电路精度高、可靠性高,有一定的实用价值。
Grating pulse cycle is finely divided from 8 um to 2 um in order to im- prove the measuring accuracy,Corresponding decision circuit of slider motion di- rection is designed.Experiments prove that the detection circuit is precise,reli-able and practical.
