摘要 ①目的探讨液基细胞学检测(LCT)技术在宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查中的应用价值。②方法对5000例体检人员及门诊病人宫颈细胞行LCT,并对非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)病变及以上病变的病例进行阴道镜检查并多点取活检,对180例ASCUS病例进行6个月随访。③结果5000例标本中检查出ASCUS及以上病变的病人510例(10.20%),298例经阴道镜活检,细胞学与组织学检查的符合率低级别上皮内瘤变(LSIL)为73.17%,高级别上皮内瘤变(HSIL)为85.37%,鳞状细胞癌为100.00%。150例ASCUS病人随访6个月后,20例升级,其中17例为LSIL,3例为HSIL。④结论LCT是一种简便、阳性率高的宫颈癌及癌前病变的细胞学检查方法。 Objective To discuss the value of liquid-based cytology test(LCT) in the cervical cancer and precancerous lesion. Methods LCT was done for outpatients and 5 000 women who underwent medical examination. For those with atypical squamous cell of undetermined significance (ASCUS), a colposcopy and biopsy were done. In which, a follow-up of six months was carried in 180 ASCUS patients. Results Among 510 cases with ASCUS(10.20%) from 5 000 specimens, 298 patients underwent colposcopy and biopsy, the rate of match of the cytology and organization LSIL was 73.17%, the HSIL was 85.37%, and the SCC was 100.00%. Of 150 ASCUS who were followed up after six months, with the result of 20 upgraded, which were 17 LSIL, and three HSL Conclusion The liquid-based cytology is a simple method to detect cervical cancer and precancerous lesion with high positive rate.
