摘要
体系建构与体制创新具有内在联系,二者应当处于一种良性互动的关系之中.我国职业教育体系建构因缺乏哲学层面的思考高度而存在种种缺陷,应当从辩证唯物主义关于系统的整体性、结构性、层次性、开放性的角度确立职业教育体系建构的应然目标.职业教育的体制创新应当充分吸收体系建构的成果,遵循体系建构的原则,致力于组织体系建构、协调体系发展、拓展体系空间,二者应当在共同的发展中达到某种同步性.
System construction has some internal relations with structural innovation. Vocational education in our country has some shortcomings in its system construction. We should set system construction objects based on dialectical materialist point of view. Structural innovation of vocational education should make full use of the results and principles of system construction and expand structural space.
