The Problems of the Sustainable Development of He’nan Vocational Education and Countermeasures

河南职业教育存在发展不平衡、不稳定、资金不足、招生难、就业难等问题.要实现可持续发展,就要建立与社会需求相适应的职业教育规模结构体系和科学的行政决策、管理体制以及教育教学机制,培养高素质师资队伍,加大资金投入,完善法律保障体系.

There are some problems of be＇nan vocational education, such as unbalanced development,unsteady development,lacking fund,having difficulty in enrolling new students and obtaining employment.To solve these problems, we should set up a structure system of vocational education according to the needs of the society, a scientific administrative decision,management system and educational system,train qualified teaching staff, enlarge investment and establish complete legal security system in order to realize the sustainable development.
