摘要
研究了一组用于低温共烧多层陶瓷基板的低损耗玻璃材料,测定了玻璃的软化点、退火点、半球点等工艺性质以及介电常数、介电损耗、电阻率等电学性质,用梯温炉测定了玻璃的析晶温度,并用X-射线衍射获得了晶体的组成。围绕低温共烧和电性能这对矛盾,重点分析了不同碱金属离子在硼硅酸盐玻璃中的分相析晶行为以及对电学性质的影响。实验结果表明:选择少量合适的碱金属离子,并运用混合碱效应,可以获得预期的目的。
The glasses for multiple layer electronic circuit packaging substrates were studied. Electrical properties as well as working parameter were tested. Phase separation and crystallization behavior of the glasses were studied by using gradient temperature analysis. Crystals produced in the heat treatment were determined by X -ray diffraction analysis. The experiment has revealed that it is possible to achieve the expected objectives by using a small amount of suitable alkali and taking the advantage of multiple alkalis effect.
