摘要
采用热分析方法,对超细粉陶瓷注射成型中有机粘结剂的热解反应进行了研究。根据它们的热重(TG)和差热分析(DTA)曲线,分别求得粘结剂热解反应的各种特性参数,运用计算动力学参数的经验公式,求得热解活化能(E),定量地评价了有机粘结剂的热特性。并采用扫描电镜对脱脂试样的表面和断口形貌以及坯件缺陷特征进行分析,进一步验证了热分析实验的可靠性。同时也为注射成型生产工艺条件控制和提高制品质量提供了理论和实验依据。
The binder pyrolysis for ultrafine powder ceramic injection moulding is studied by using thermal analysis.The TG and DTA curves are ob-tained,pylolysis activity energy(E)is calculated and the thermal characteris-tics of binder estimated.In order to test and verify the thermal analysis,the sur-face and faults of the sample removed binder are studied with SEM.A quantita-tive method is used to evaluate the thermal characteristics of mixtures and some theoretical basis provided for the control of the quality of injection moulding products.
