摘要
根据变频供电高速驱动电动机的特点,研究了纺织用变频供电高速驱动电动机的定转子设计技术,提出了一种削弱高次谐波的低谐波绕组的设计方法,并应用于所设计的高速驱动电动机中。通过对设计样机的试验表明,利用低谐波绕组设计方法所设计样机的性能指标优于国外同类电机的性能指标。
According to the characteristics of varied-frequency high-speed motor used for textile machine, stator design and rotor design were discussed. A way to design the low-harmonic winding was presented through a real example. It was also given out the design and testing result. The result shows the property of the low-harmonic winding sample machine designed is more outstanding than that of the same kind of foreign motor.
