针对服装企业生产中面临的材料浪费的实际情况,推导出了布料的利用率与省布率之间的相关关系,实验分析了批量生产中排料方式、尺码组合等因素对面料利用率的影响。

A lot of cloths waste in the production for clothing was analyzed. The mathematical relation between the utility rate and efficient rate of cloths was obtained. The factors affecting the utility rate and efficient rate of cloths were analyzed through experiment.
