Analysis and Comparison of Three Topologies for VRM Fast Transient Application

摘要 本文给出了三种具有快速动态响应速度的VRM拓扑:多相交错Buck拓扑、采用步进电感的变换器拓扑、混合供电模式拓扑。并分析了它们各自的设计目标、工作原理.以及各自的优缺点。 This paper proposes three topologies for VRM fast transient application:multi phase interleave Buck topology, stepping inductor converter, hybrid sources. Analysises the key point and principle about each technology, and compares each other.
