1kW PFC Converter with Minimum-voltage Active-clamping

摘要 本文提出了一种采用最小电压有源箝位(MVAC)的功率因数校正变换器,可有效地减少由二极管反向恢复引起的损耗,主开关和辅助开关均为软开关,并具有电压应力较低的特点。研制了一台1kw最小电压有源箝位功率因数校正变换器。 A PFC converter employing Minimum Voltage Active-Clamping(MVAC)technique is proposed. It can effectively reduce the loss caused by diode reverse recovery. Both the main switch and the auxiliary switch can achieve Zero-Voltage-Switching(ZVS). In addition, the switches and the diode have lower voltage stress. One lkW PFC converter prototype with MVAC is implemented.
