High Accuracy Data-Collecting System Based on Pressure Sensors of MPX2100

在压力的测量与分析中,通常压力值的变化速度不快,但要求测量精度很高。这里介绍了一种基于MPX2100型压力传感器的高精度压力数据采集系统。文中说明了压力传感器MPX2100技A-D转换核心部件ICL7135各自的性能特点及其相关接口电路;给出了系统的级成框图、各主要部分电路图及A-D转换软件设计流程图。

When measuring a pressure,which usually changes not too quickly, and making the analysis of it, high accuracy is requested. In this article,a high accuracy pressure data-collecting system based on pressure sensors of MPX2100 is introduced. The function and characteristics of MPX2100 and ICL7135 are explained;The frame diagram of the system, circuits of important parts and the progress diagram of the A/D convert program are given.
