摘要
目的研究不同相对分子质量的玻璃酸钠对药物释放的影响。方法配制含不同相对分子质量的玻璃酸钠,黏度相同的药液,采用改良的Franz扩散池,测定药物的渗透速率。结果黏度相同的药液,渗透速率无明显差别。结论以玻璃酸钠(SH)为媒介的药物溶液的释放速率主要与黏度有关。
Objective To study the influence of sodium hyaluronate with different relative molecular mass on drug release. Methods The penetration rate of drugs were determined by modified Franz diffusion cell in same viscosity solutions from different relative molecular mass sodium hyaluronate. Results No obviously different penetration rate was obtained in the same viscosity drug solutions. Conclusion The release rate of drugs is mainly concerned with solution viscosity of sodium hyaluronate as vehicle.
