Problems and Countermeasures in Informationzation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分。在知识经济时代如何实现信息化,提升中小企业的综合竞争力,一直受人关注。目前中小企业的信息化在认识、资金、服务等诸方面存在着问题,影响了信息化的发展。为此,必须从强化意识、集中资金、优化服务体系的角度来做好信息化的准备工作,完成企业内部管理的一体化,加强企业对外部资源的利用和建设中小企业的电子商务系统。

At the times of the knowledge-based economy, it has always been paid close attention to that how small and medium-sized enterprises, which is one of the main parts of the national economy, realize their informationization and improve the competitive power. The medium-sized enterprises have some trouble in understanding of informationization, funds and service, which hinder the development of information. Therefore, we should make preparation by strengthening the realization, concentrating the funds, and improving the service system, integrate the management inside the enterprises into an organic whole, and strengthen the use of the resources outside the enterprises and establish the system of electronic commerce .
