摘要 产权式酒店是继高档酒店式公寓、商铺投资热之后的一种新型的房产投资和消费模式。产权式酒店属于旅游地产。一方面,投资者可以像购买住房一样投资置业,可以从经营利润中分红,每一个客房都可以有独立的产权。另一方面,它还号称“拥有自己的度假胜地”,提供了一种新的休闲度假方式。产权式酒店在国外已盛行多年,在我国却还是一个新兴投资方式,市场有待成熟和规范。 The property hotel is a new type of estate investment and consumption mode following the investment in high-grade hotel apartment and business shop. It belongs to tourist estate. On the one hand,investors can invest in and purchase property ad buying houses, and can get bonus from profits; each guest room can have independent property right. On the other hand, it still claims to be “possessing one' s own resort”, which offers a new casual way of having a vacation. The property hotel has been prevailing abroad for years, but still a burgeoning investment way in our country;its market needs maturation and specification.
