风湿性二尖瓣膜病变行二尖瓣成形术的疗效观察

Effective observation of valvuloplasty on rheumatic mitral valve disease

目的评估二尖瓣成形术治疗风湿性二尖瓣膜病变的疗效。方法比较38例患者的术前和术后的心脏超声心动图。结果全组无手术死亡病例,2例行二尖瓣置换术。术后病人瓣膜情况得到改善,心功能良好,病人无须长期服用抗凝药物。结论严格手术适应证,注意预防及治疗风湿活动,则二尖瓣成形手术是治疗二尖瓣膜病变的良好的治疗选择。

Objectives To evaluate the effect of valvuloplasty on rheumatic mitral valve lesion. Methods The data of echocardiography examination in 38 cases between pre- and post-operation of valvuloplasty were compared. Results The group had no case dead, 2 cases need re-mitral valve replacement. The echocardiography examination shown that the valve condition of post-operation was much better than its of before, and the heart function was better, but they could not maintain 6 month after operation. It shown that valvuloplasty had a strict indication, and rheumatic activity made the valve change development, specially the sub-clinical rheumatic activity. Conclusions Valvuloplasty is a good choice for rheumatic mitral valve disease,but its indication is strict, whatever the case has no clinical rheumatic symptom.
