摘要
目的:探讨无创检测动脉功能和结构的方法脉搏波速度测定和超声技术的重复性及可靠性。方法:选取10名健康受试者,年龄21-35岁,平均(24.6±5.5)岁,在间隔24小时内分别进行PWV测定及超声颈动脉和肱动脉内径,内膜-中层厚度的测量,观察两次测量之间的改变情况。结果:两次测试比较,收缩压和心率无显著性改变均为P=NS。颈动脉-股动脉PWV:(7.53±0.66)m/s比(7.35±0.87)m/s,P=0.3547;超声测定的颈总动脉舒张末径:(6.07±0.56)mm比(6.17±0.58)mm,P=0.5278;颈总动脉内膜-中层厚度:(0.378±0.102)mm比(0.358±0.094)mm,P=0.3315;肱动脉舒张末径:(3.48±0.71)mm比(3.49±0.74)mm,P=0.8409;肱动脉内膜-中层厚度:(0.210±0.078)mm比(0.199±0.080)mm,P=0.2625。在两次测量之间均无显著性差异。结论:PWV和超声技术可以无创,方便地进行动脉结构和功能检测,具有良好的重复性,利用临床推广用于血管病变早期检测。
Objictive: To explore reproducibility and reliability ofnoninvasive artery structure and function evaluation methods pulse wave velocity(PWV) measurement and ultrasound. Methods: 10 cases healthy volunteers were examined. Mean age(21 -35 )(24.6 ±5.5 )years, PWV measurement carotid and brachial arterydimension and intima- media thickness were measured by ultrasouncl for two tiros at 24 hours interval. Change between twomeasurements were evaluated. Results: Compared two measurements,Systolic blood pressure and heart rate had no Significant change ( P = NS). Carotid - femoral PWV [ (7.53 ± 0.66 ) m/s 比 (7.35 ± 0.87 )m/s, P = 0.3547 ], Comon Carotid dimension [ (6.07 ± 0.56 ) mm 比 (6.17 ± 0.58 ) mm, P = 0. 5278 ], Carotid intima - media thickness[ (0. 378 ± 0. 102) mm 比 (0. 358 ±0. 094) mm,P = 0. 3315 ] ,brachial artery diastolic dimension[ (3.48 ± 0.71 ) mm 比 (3.49 ± 0.74 ) mm, P = 0.8409 ], brachial artery intima - media thickness [ (0.210 ± 0.078 ) mm 比 (0. 199 ± 0.080 ) mm, P = 0.2625 ] had no significautchange between two examinations. Conslusion: PWV and Ultrasound Could noninvasively and simply exam artery Structure and function,had good reproducibility, may be useful for early vascular disease detection.
