右半结肠癌误诊为阑尾周围脓肿48例分析

Right colon caner complicated with appendicitis misdiagnosed as appendicular abscess:An analysis of 48 cases

目的探讨右半结肠癌误诊的原因。方法收集我院近25年间误诊为阑尾周围脓肿的右半结肠癌48例进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例的临床表现与阑尾周围脓肿相似,主要依靠病史和综合检查加以确诊。结论依靠临床表现,重视综合检查和治疗效果,以及动态观察发病情况是减少误诊的关键。

Objective To explore the reasons of misdiagnosis of right colon cancer complicated with appendicitis. Methods Forty-eight cases of right colon cancer complicated with appendictis misdiagnosed as appendicular abscess who admitted to Liwan Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Guangzhou were retrsopectively analyzed since 1980. Results The clinic manifestation of these cases was similar to that of appendicular abscess, and the confirmative diagnosis was done according to disease history and comprehensive examinations. Conclusion The key to reduce misdiagnosis rate was to rely on clinical menifestations, strengthen the comprehensive examinations and curative effectivness, and dynamically observe the disease conditions.
