摘要
采用酶抑制方法,研制了一种适合农药残留现场速测和防范农药急性中毒的量热检测仪器。主要由流动注射分析系统、半导体恒温器、固定化酶反应柱、量热传感器、数据采集模块组成。半导体恒温器的控温精度为±0.1K,量热传感器的灵敏度为2mV/K。检测仪的空白响应为10mV,在1mg/kg敌敌畏时,得到29%~36%的相对抑制率。稳定状态下,能够在5min内完成测试,可以自动处理和存储数据。
An enzyme-based thermal detector suited for rapid detection of organophosphate pesticides and protection from acute toxicity is developed. It consists of FIA system, semiconductor thermostat, immobilized enzyme reaction column, thermal sensor and data collection module. The thermostat provides constant temperature with fluctuation of 0.1 K. The thermal sensor has high sensitivity of 2 mV/K. This detector has blank response of 10mV and has inhibited response of 29%~36% when dichlorvos is 1mg/kg, and it can deal with and store thedata automatically. The detection can be processed within 5 minutes under stabilized state.
