拔毛对德系安哥拉兔粗毛率及毛囊群结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选31只2月龄德系安哥拉幼公兔,每只兔以背中线为界,左侧拔毛(试验),右侧剪毛(对照)。2月龄开始采毛,共采集135,210和285日龄3批毛样。每次采毛样后的第9天采集皮样。试验结果:(1)拔毛可以显著地提高粗毛率,主要原因是粗毛和两型毛根数增加,其次是粗毛直径增粗;(2)拔毛具有激活毛囊活性的迹象,使原来处于静止期的部分次级毛囊表现活性;(3)拔毛后次级毛囊数比剪毛的少;(4)拔毛使少部分次级毛囊的体积和内鞘在短时期内增大,之后随着时间的延伸逐渐恢复原状,这就是拔毛增长两型毛的机制;(5)拔毛兔与粗毛型兔之间在毛囊群结构和被毛的某些特性上呈现明显的差异。 In the experiment,31 two-month male German Angora rabbits were used.In German Ango-ra rabbits,left lateral body were plucked and right lateral body were shorn. The wool samples were collectedat the age of 135, 210 and 285 days resp. Skin samples were collected on 9th day after wool salnples collect-ed. The main results of the experirnent are that:(1)Plucking can significantly increase the rate of bristlywool, the chief reason is that the fibre numbers of bristly wool and awns increase, other reason is that the fi-bre diameter of bristly wool increases;(2) Some secondary follicles in resting stage are activating by plucking;(3)Secondary follicles by plucking are fewer than by shearing;(4)plucking increases volume and diameter ofa little of secondary follicles in short period , with time extanding , they resume original stage , it is mechanismof increasing awns by plucking;(5) there is significant differences on the structure of hair follicle group andsome characters of fleece between plucked rabbits and bristly wool type rabbits.
