摘要
目的探讨珍珠梅醋酸乙酯提取物对S180荷瘤小鼠体内的肿瘤抑制作用及机理。方法按照标准方法给36只小鼠接种S180肉瘤后,给予珍珠梅提取物10d,观察瘤重及体重,免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织中的bcl2和p53蛋白,比色分析法检测血清SOD,GSHPx的活性及MDA含量的变化。结果给予珍珠梅醋酸乙酯提取物的小鼠瘤重明显小于对照组,实验组与对照组体重变化无显著性差异;对照组的bcl2和p53蛋白的表达率明显高于实验组,实验组的SOD,GSHPx活性高于对照组,而MDA含量低于对照组。结论珍珠梅醋酸乙酯提取物对小鼠S180肿瘤有抑制作用,并有可能影响bcl2和P53的表达及清除体内自由基。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effects of Sorbaria sorbifolia ethyl acetate extract and its mechanism. Methods:Thirty six mice were inoculated with the sarcocarcinoma 180 according to the standard method, after 10 days, weighed the tumor and body. The expressions of bcl-2 and p53 proteins in the tissue were studied by immunohistochemistry;and the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and the content of MDA were detected by colorimetric method in serum. Results:The tumor of the test groups were lighter than that of control group,and there was no remarkable difference between the control and test groups in body weight. The expression frequency of bcl-2 and p53 proteins differed significantly among groups. Sorbaria sorbifolia extract increased the SOD, GSH-Px and decreased MDA level in serum. Conclusion:Sorbaria sorbifolia ethyl acetate extract can resist the mouse tumor. It might influence the expression of the blc-2 and p53, and clear the free radical.
