水稻籽粒充实程度的指标研究

STUDY ON INDICATORS OF GRAIN-FILLING OF RICE

选用籽粒充实程度有明显差异的籼、粳及亚种间杂种材料各１２份，对其籽粒充实程度进行５级评分。以此为基准，计算其与谷粒充实率即（受精谷粒千粒重／饱谷千粒重）×１００％、谷粒厚度／谷粒投影面积、受精谷粒容重与比重、糙米容重与比重等６项指标实测值的简单相关与秩次相关。结果表明：３类材料均以谷粒充实率与评定等级的相关系数最高，且在大多数情况下显著或极显著高于其它指标。谷粒充实率有明确、合理的专业意义，能与产量源库关系概念相衔接，是衡量水稻籽粒充实程度的相对最佳指标。

The five-grade rice grain-filling judgenments were got by 10 rice experts for the 12 varietieseach for three types of rice,Jing(Oryza Japonica ),Xian(Oryza Indica ) and hybrid (between Jing andXian) ,respectively. These experts’judgements were compared with other six different numerical grain-fill-ing indicators,they are 1,the plumpness of grains, which is the ratio of grain weight of fertilized ones to the grain weight of the fully filled ones.2,the thickeness of the grain over the side area of rice grain, 3(5),theweight by volume,and 4(6)the gravlty with(or without husk ).The simple and rank correlation analyseswere carried out among those judgements and indicators.The results showed that the plumpness was highlycorrelated to the experts’judgements,It is significantly better than other nurnerical indicators in most cases. The plumpness has explicit meaning in explaining the theory of sink and source。It is the best indicator for theextent of grain- filling of rice.
