3个农家麦种白粉病抗性遗传初步分析 被引量:4

摘要 在我国农家品种中白粉病抗源很少,其中红蜷芒、蚂蚱麦和小白冬麦经多处鉴定,高抗白粉病。在南京条件下经多年鉴定,无论苗期或成株期均抗白粉病。先后用这3个农家种分别与感病品种及含有已知抗病基因的抗源进行杂交,对其杂种后代进行抗性遗传分析,结果证明这3个农家种各含有1对显性抗病基因,经测位杂交分析,其所含抗性基因与现有已知的Pm_2,Pm_6和Pm_8抗病基因不同。 The native wheat varieties,Hongquanmang,Mazhamai,Xiaobaidongmai,have been identifiedas highly resistant materials to powdery mildew both at the seedling and adult stage under inoculated condi-tions over many years in Nanjing.The inheritance of resistance to powdery mildew in the 3 varieties was stud-ies by crossing them with resistant varieties known Pm genes and susceptible variety respectively. The data onpowdery mildew resistance in F_1 and F_2 generations showed that the three native varieties involved one domi-nant gene,repectively and they were different from Pm_2, Pm_6, Pm_8. It is supposed that they are new gene(s)for resistance to powdery mildew originated from China,It is necessary to further study their relationshipsand exploit native resistant resources.
