摘要
目的改进地黄及加工炮制品的薄层色谱方法。方法采用薄层色谱方法鉴别地黄及加工炮制品。结果薄层鉴别方法专属性强,无干扰。结论改进后的薄层鉴别方法可控制地黄加工炮制品的质量。
Objective： To improve TLC method for Radix Rehmanniae and its Preparata. Methods： Using TLC to identify Radix Rehmanniae and its Preparata. Results： This method is accurate and stable. Conclusion.. The improved TLC method can effectively control quality for Radix Rehmanniae preparata.
