摘要
以籼型及粳型标记基因系为工具材料，分别与武进香籼、武进香粳杂交，研究香味基因在染色体上的位置，以碱浸法测定双亲和Ｆ＿１，Ｆ＿２及部分Ｆ＿３组合的叶香，结果表明，香味基因与分属水稻１１个染色体的３９个标记基因表现独立遗传，而与位于第８染色体上的标记基因ｖ一８表现连锁，估算２基因之间的重组值约为３８．０３％±３．８４％，推定水稻香味基因位于第８染色体上。
Chromosomal location of the gene for aroma in Wujinxinagxian and Wujinxiangiing was inves-tigated by crossing to marker gene stolk lines.The proma of the parents;F_1 and F_2 plants was evaluated by soaking the leaf in the solution of1.7% KOH,The results indicated that the gene for aroma showed indepen-dent to 39 marker genes located on 11 chromosomes of rice(except chromosome 8).The linkage relationship between gene for aroma and marker gene v一8 (virescent一8)belong to chromosorne 8 was detected.The re-combination value between the aroma gene and the marker gene v一8 wa estimated at 38.03± 3.84%from the deta collected in F_2 by the method of maximum likelihood.
