摘要
目的昆明山海棠总生物碱提取新工艺的研究。方法采用大孔吸附树脂法。结果与结论用0.5%酸水提取,H型大孔吸附树脂吸附昆明山海棠总生物碱,提取量可以达到500mg·kg-1,生物碱在50,25mg·kg-1对正常大鼠棉球肉芽肿有明显的抑制作用(P<0.001),对角叉菜胶致正常大鼠足跖肿胀在6h后有抑制作用。
Objective:To study on the new technology of the extraction of alkaloids from Tripterygium hypoglaucum.Methods: Macroporous resin was used. Results and Conclusion:The H-type macroporous adsorption resin was the best suited for the adsorption the alkaloids. Its adsorption ability can be up to 500 mg·kg^-1 at 0.5% HCI solution. The alkaloids can inhibit obviously the cotton ball granulomaat 50 and 25 mg·kg^-1(P〈0.001) and decrease thecarrageenin-inducedin hind paw of rat in 6 hours.
