禽病原性大肠杆菌O_2和O_（78）外膜蛋白型的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON OUTER MEMBRANE PROTEIN PAT-TERNS OF Escheri chia coli O_2 AND O_(78) THAT CAUSE AVIAN SEP-TICEMIA

从１１个禽败血症Ｏ＿２和Ｏ＿（７８）大肠杆菌分离株提取的主要外膜蛋白（ＯＭＰ＿ｓ），出现了３个ＯＭＰ型。其中６个Ｏ＿２分离株、５个Ｏ＿（７８）分离株可分别归为２个ＯＭＰ型，但有１个ＯＭＰ型为两者所共有。结果表明，从江苏地区所分离到的禽病原性大肠杆菌具有多样性的ＯＭＰ型，而且这２个血清型菌株中存在着共同的ＯＭＰ型。

Major outer membrane proteins were isolated from 11 Escherich ia coli strains representing 3common OMP patterns of the O_2 and O_(78) serogroups implicated in avian colispeticemia.2 OMP patterns weredivided in six of O_2 isolates and five of O_(78) isolates,respectlvely. One of three OMP patterns was shared bybeth serogroups,These results indicated that the OMP patterns of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli isolates ofO_2 and O_(78) frorn this area are heterogeneous, and the same OMP pattern is presented in these two serogroups.
