摘要
对莲藕茎尖培养进行研究，探明初代培养中最适外植体转绿和分化的培养基为ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ１．６ｍｇｌ／Ｌ茎尖分化率为５８．１％，最适已分化外植体形成幼苗的培养基为ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ０．３ｍｇ／Ｌ经５０ｄ培养，生长量平均增加１９．２倍，繁殖系数为４．４７；适宜培养苗生根的培养基为ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ０．１ｍｇｌ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖５％；莲藕茎尖培养的最佳取材期为莲藕萌发期；从茎尖接种培养幼苗到移栽需经４～５个月。
Shoot tips of lotus were cultured in a liquid mediuni. The best differentiation medium was MSmedium supplemented with 6-BA 1. 6mg/L, the differentiation rate was 58.1%.The suitable mediurn fordifferentlation explants to develop plantlets was MS + 6-BA0.3mg/L,the average growth quantity was in-creased 19.2 times and the propagation coefficient was 4.47 after 50d culture.While MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 2. 0mg/L+ 5%sucrose was the fittest medium for rooting.The favorable time for material drawingwas when the lotus began to germinate.It took 4～5 months to develop plantlets from shoot tips
