脱落酸对亚种间杂交稻籽粒充实的调节作用

REGULATION OF ABXCISIC ACID TO THE GRAINF FILING OFINDICA-JAPONICA HYBRID RICE

以亚种间杂交稻测０３／扬稻４号、ＰＣ３１１／早献党和讪稻扬稻４号为材料，研究了外源脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）对籽粒充实的影响。结果表明：在灌浆初期（花后１～８ｄ）低浓度（１５ｍｇ／Ｌ）ＡＢＡ处理对结实率、谷粒充实率、粒重、单株产量、弱势粒的胚乳组织发育以及茎鞘贮藏物质的运转有明显的促进作用，灌浆中期（花后１６ｄ）低浓度ＡＢＡ以及各期高浓度（３０ｍｇ／Ｌ）ＡＢＡ处理则表现为抑制作用；ＡＢＡ对籽粒充实的促进或抑制，主要是由于弱势粒胚乳细胞数的增加或减少，ＡＢＡ对强势粒胚乳组织发育的影响很小。

Using Indica-Japonica hybrid rice of Ce o3/Yangdao 4 and PC3ll/Zaoxiandang and Indica riceYangdao 4 as materials, the effect of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)on the grain filling was studied.The results showed that a。 applying low concentration(15mg/L) ABA at the early grain filling stage(1～8d afteranthesis)obviously increased or promoted the splkelet-filled percentage,grain-filling percentage,grainweight,yield per hlII,endosperm development of weak potential grains,and ren1obilization of the matter deposited in stea[ns and sheaths before the heading,but the resuIt was reversed under the treatment of high concentration(30mg/L ABA or low concentration ABA applied at the mid grain filling stage(16d afteranthesis);b.the promotion or inhibltion of grain filling by ABA was mainly related to the increase or decrease of endosperm cells of weak potential grains, and the influence of ABA on the endosperm developmentof strong potential grains was rather srnall。
