摘要
针对拖拉机焊接结构车架焊接的变形问题进行了综合分析,找出车架焊接变形的主要原因,提出采取分层、分部件焊接减少焊接热应力,增加约束和采取预变形手段控制变形量等措施,以达到控制和减少拖拉机焊接结构车架焊接变形的目的。
By way of comprehensive analysis of distortion problems happened to welding chassis of tractors, the paper concluded that, which was resulted from the causing factors such as welding thermo-stress, residue stress and external force etc. , the measures of layers and part-specific based welding could be taken as to reduce thermo-stress, adding constraints and counter-distortlon allowance etc.
