葛根素普通粉及其微粉在Beagle犬体内的生物利用度

Bioavailability Investigation of Pur-powder and Micro-powder in Beagle Dogs

目的:比较葛根素普通粉及其微粉在Beagle犬体内的生物利用度。方法:分别于给药后不同时间取血,HPLC法测定血清中葛根素的血药浓度,应用3P97药动学统计软件对血药浓度数据拟合。结果:葛根素普通粉及其微粉在Beagle犬体内过程均符合二室开放模型。结论:葛根素微粉较葛根素普通粉相比能明显提高在Beagle犬体内的生物利用度。

Objective： To study the pharmacokinetics of Purpowder and micro-powder in beagle dogs. Method ： Blood was collected at different time. The plasma concentration of the pur was determined by HPLC. The compartment model was calculated with 3p97 program and the pharmacokinetic parameters were compared with SPSS program. Result： The pur-powder and micro-powder could be fitted to two-compartment model in beagle dogs. Conclusion： Micro-powder can obviously improve the bioavailability in beagle dogs.
