摘要
利用砌块厂的原料(水泥、石渣粉、改性材料)和生产设备,成型100mm×100mm×515mm砌块试件,系统测试了减缩剂、聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂对砌块强度和干缩性能的影响规律。试验结果和理论分析表明,减缩剂、聚丙烯纤维和膨胀剂均能对混凝土砌块产生减缩、限缩和补偿收缩的效果,且对力学性能影响不大。
Tbe block test specimen (100 mmxl00 mmxS15 mm) was formed using production equipment and raw materials (cement,stone ballast and modification material) of a concrete block factory.The influence of shrinkage-reducing agent,polypropylene fiber and expansion agent on strength and dry shrinkage of concrete block were systematically tested.The testing result and theoretical analysis showed that they can respectively reduce,restrain and compensate shrinkage of concrete block,while have no great influence on mechanical property.
