本文简要介绍了《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB5 0 0 0 7—2 0 0 2 )中特征值提出的条件及必要性,并对规范修改前后地基承载力“标准值”、“特征值”提法的学习体会作了说明。

This paper briefly introduces the condition and necessity of eigenvalue in basic design criterion of architecture base. It also explains the standard value and eigenvalue of base beating capacity in the criterion.
