摘要
工程质量影响因素非常多,涉及方方面面。要把工程质量管理好,最为关键的是必须有一个健全的、有效的质量控制管理体制———一是政府监管,二是建设单位负责,三是建筑产品的直接生产者负责。
There are many factors that can affect engineering quality. The most important one is to have an effective and wholesome quality control management system, which including govermment control, charging of owner and the direct producer.
