摘要
保护和发展森林资源,改善生态环境成为国家新时期对林业的主导需求,林业因而再次面临着调整阶段性定位的重大抉择;如何确定新定位下林业发展的新思路,是现阶段林业发展的一个新课题。
Protecting and developing forest resource, improving ecology environment is the main demand of forestry in our country in the new period. Forestry need to adjust phase position and how to determine forestry new developing thought is a new task of current forest management.
