摘要
关于秘密侦查技术的应用及范围,各国的立法规定不尽相同,但都有其共同性及一般规律:该文建议我国实务界应通过法律立法确立应用其手段的合法性,以便更准确地办案。
The application range of secrete scouting technique is different in different countries, but there are general rules in them. This paper suggests that our actual practice should make law legislation, detennine application method legally so as to hand cases correctly.
